Universidad de Lima is an autonomous non profit institution aimed at providing higher education, promoting research, and serving the community in order to contribute to the country’s development.
It was founded and officially recognized by the Peruvian government in 1962. Today, it has a student body of over 10,000 students, three Undergraduate Schools with eight Colleges, one Graduate School, one General Studies Program, and a Scientific Research Institute. It also counts with numerous services for students, teachers, and the community in general.
